Senior Product Manager

We are now integrating online learning, micro-learning, virtual communities, and other digital tools into everything we do, so that we can affect the lives of millions more people.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Product Manager to guide the development of these digital offerings, along with the infrastructure and tools needed to scale. As Senior Product Manager, you will help us reinvent the Singularity University experience by integrating these digital resources into the SU customer journey. You will get to wear many hats in this role, and not only grow your product management experience and overall business understanding but also be part of a mission-driven business that measures its social impact on a global scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and build the next iteration of digital offerings, tools, and infrastructure that will help Singularity University expand its impact globally
  • Guide all aspects of product management, including product vision, requirements, business justification, roadmap, prioritization, trade-offs, and releases
  • Create use cases, customer stories, and product requirements to articulate desired features and functionality
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to understand business, data, and product needs
  • Work with the development team to deliver world-class products driven by customers, business units, product managers, and organizational strategy
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to promote products internally and ensure a cohesive message
  • Play a critical role in creating alignment between engineers and other internal stakeholders

Our Requirements (we need you to have):

  • 3+ years experience as a product manager for digital products, services or tools.

About You (we’d like it if you have):

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with analytical tools, methodologies, and design.
  • Experience with client management.
  • Accurate and concise communication.
  • Ability to balance a detailed oriented approach with a big picture vision.
  • Worked in both startups as well as medium to large companies.
  • Have experience diving deep in current state analysis of data and application integrations  and being able to create a roadmap for an improved future state.

The primary work location will be at SU headquarters in Mountain View, CA. Most Singularity staff have the opportunity to work remotely one or more days per week.
