The Role:

The Senior Product Manager directs membership product development by translating ideas into strategy and features, and follows product development from start to finish. They act as the liaison between teams to decide on proper strategies and plans while acting as point of contact. Reporting to the Vice President of Business Development and Product Strategy, they conduct project management for product and feature launches as well as feature and benefit maintenance. They draft budgets, cost of sale templates, and supervise work plans. This position also manages 1 direct report: Product Manager. 

Identify, prioritize, and execute the product development lifecycle 

● Product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including: gathering and organizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with Engineering, Sales, RevOps, Marketing and Support to ensure goals are met. 

● Serves as project manager for product launches and feature and benefit management, including outlining goals and scope 

● Ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals. ● Ensuring ongoing delivery mechanisms for product are in place, including team roles and responsibilities for product delivery 

● Running beta programs and testing for early-stage products 

● Developing the core positioning and messaging for products 

● Collaborate with Marketing to develop sales tools and collateral 

Define product strategy and roadmap, including ongoing prioritization using evidence-based decision-making and team capacity 

● Facilitating weekly cross functional team weekly sprint process to provide guidance on actual capacity, setting realistic timelines for deliverables, and ensuring the appropriate itemization, collaboration, and prioritization are formalized. 

● Tracking product usage and analysis 

● Surveying customers on product 

● Managing the quality of products 

● Maintaining the product backlog 

Collaborate with the Leadership to deliver the operating plan: 

● Contributing to the achievement of growth objectives including market share, revenue, profit, and return on investment for all the channels/categories of business and/or key customers 

● Provide Sales Training and Sales Enablement Briefings 

● Reporting product data and analysis to Leadership
