Manager, Country Partner Program (Option to Work Remotely)

As Manager of Singularity University’s Country Partner Program, you’ll manage the relationships between Singularity University and our international country partners (currently the Netherlands, the Nordic countries, Canada, Italy, Portugal and South Africa). You’ll ensure that these partners have the tools, systems and resources they need. You’ll work alongside this global group of changemakers who are teaching people and corporations how to leverage exponential technologies to solve the world's greatest challenges.

You'll be in a fast-moving, startup environment where you'll own projects from start to finish, where creativity and ingenuity are encouraged. As the second hire in this program, you'll be given a significant amount of responsibility. This is an opportunity for rapid professional growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with our Country Partners around the world. Coordinate regular touch points, draft meeting agendas, document meetings, and take action on follow-up tasks.
  • Work with Country Partners to ensure they have everything they need to be successful.
  • Help develop and implement the systems and tools that will allow for our Country Partner Program to scale.
  • Organize resource centers for Country Partners; update playbooks where applicable.
  • Help Country Partners share best practices with each other.
  • Ensure that Country Partner programming is aligned with SU requirements.
  • Review participant feedback from events, and identify ways to act on the feedback.
  • Coordinate payment processing and record keeping.
  • Help market the success stories of the Country Partner Program both internally and externally.

Our Requirements (you must have):

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent work experience.
  • The ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

About You (we’d like it if you have):

  • 1-3 years relevant work experience.
  • Experience managing relationships with a complex system of stakeholders.
  • Experience managing global relationships.
  • A strong process orientation. You understand how to create systems that will scale.
  • High detail orientation.
  • A preference for using data to make decisions.
  • A positive attitude.
  • Great email and verbal skills.

Our headquarters are in Mountain View, CA, but this position’s primary work location can be remote anywhere within the United States or Canada. We prefer candidates residing in the Eastern time zone (US or Canada) to facilitate work with our European country partners. 

Salary range: USD $65-75K depending on experience (CAD $86-99K).
