The Position: Inside Sales Coordinator / Visits Manager (official title Strategic Relations Manager)

Strategic Relations is Singularity University’s (SU) domestic and international sales team. The SR Manager has broad involvement within the sales function and plays a significant role in creating, evaluating and funneling leads to the Strategic Relations team. S/he has responsibility for a variety of outcomes ranging from lead generation, to lead management and has direct contact with prospective customers. The role demands the ability and desire to deliver the SU story that compels and inspires potential customers and to tenaciously mine and evaluate leads from multiple sources.

Some of the Position’s Responsibilities:

  • Enable sales teams by increasing the number and quality of qualified leads entering the sales pipeline.
  • Conduct outbound lead generation and prospecting campaigns via LinkedIn, phone calls, and other modes of communication.
  • Qualify leads by establishing prospective client needs, timeline, budget and decision maker, and forwarding these leads to the appropriate team members.
  • Introduce visitors to the SU brand and value proposition by presenting workshops and company overview briefings.
  • Champion the SU brand and our mission, contributing positively to the company’s reputation and impact.
  • Expose visitors to the breadth of SU’s products, services, and opportunities in a consultative way, demonstrating creativity and an interest in their needs and desires.
  • Champion continuous improvements in lead generation and evaluation processes.

Our Requirements (you must have):

  • At least five years of professional experience including at least two years of sales experience.
  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience.
