Sales Operations Coordinator

As Sales Operations Coordinator at Singularity University, you will be a central player in our sales function, keeping the sales team connected with other departments. You will manage and distribute sales leads, keep Salesforce up to date, and drive the internal contract approval process. What You Will Be Doing:

  • Increase the number and quality of qualified leads entering the sales pipeline.
  • Conduct due diligence and research on new leads.
  • Track and update data in Salesforce, our CRM.
  • Handle and track inbound inquiries and ensure they are handled in a timely way.
  • Process leads from the Marketing team’s lead generation campaigns and events.
  • Create documents and presentations for members of the sales team. Set-up meeting facilities and help pre-event logistics.
  • Design and organize documents, meeting notes, and collateral.
  • Manage the approval process for closed deals so that the client relationship can get underway.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports and other documentation for the Strategic Relations team.

Our Requirements (you need to have):

  • A bachelor's degree and at least one year of professional experience; without a bachelor’s degree, you need to have at least four years of professional experience, with some experience in the sales function.

About You (we’d like it if you have):

  • Exposure to the sales function desirable but not required.
  • Experience with Salesforce and other enterprise applications desirable but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal effectiveness, solid written and verbal communication skills, and detail orientation.
  • Knowledge of the MS Office suite and online collaboration tools such as Slack and Google docs.
  • Your primary work location will be at SU headquarters in Mountain View, CA.
