Content Manager

Are you a Content Manager who can own the challenge of supporting an exciting new product offering from Singularity University? Our newest product enables clients to fully incorporate the innovation process into their core strategies.

As one of Singularity University’s Content Managers, you will play a pivotal role in the overall success of our newest product. You will provide the content design and development to ensure seamless quality customer experience.

The Position:

The Content Manager ensures the effective management of customized content within the platform for each client engagement. The Content Manager analyzes, interprets, and distributes custom content within the platform for each client. The individual in this role is responsible for acting as a liaison between the technical team and the entire SU community, troubleshooting and addressing issues, and ensuring a top quality customer experience.

Some of the Position’s Responsibilities:

  • Interface with the client and problem solve with clients and client service teams on various client and product team needs and requirements.
  • Stay up to date on the strategic priorities and content needs of each client.
  • Develop and distribute customized content for each client, curating custom lists for clients.
  • Manage the display of content on the platform, including content design, development, and production.
  • Work with colleagues across SU to codify knowledge and help support the continuous improvement of our knowledge operations and infrastructure, innovating Firm knowledge and knowledge delivery through special projects.

The Person We Are Seeking For This Role:

  • Core technical knowledge in content creation and planning, HTML, and web publishing
  • Deep familiarity with social media
  • Hands on experience with Apple suite of products, MS Office and WordPress
  • A degree in research, marketing, technology, business or related field
  • Excellent writing skills in English.
  • A demonstrable history of conscientiousness about delivering high-quality work products on time.

Our Requirements (you must have):

  • At least three to five years of direct experience in managing research and/or website content or social media marketing.
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience.
